Urbino,
One of the Marche’s five principal towns is Urbino, a marvelous renaissance
city which has changed little from the second half of the 15th century.

From Piazza della Repubblica up to the Palazzo Ducale which
houses the Galleria Nazionale delle Marche, a collection of great paintings
from artist such as the famous Piero della Francesca.

opera composer was born in 1792 – in Via Rossini
Musei Civici – Civic Museums in Piazza Toschi Mosca just off
Via Rossini
Pinacoteca adjacent the museums where you can enjoy the Giovanni
Bellini’s masterpiece the Coronation of the Virgin.
The house where the artist Raphael was born in Via Raffaello, which
is now a little museum where you can admire the Madonna and Child – this
may have been one of his earliest works.
Orto botanico- small botanical garden full of rare plants.
Pesaro,
the sparkling town where Gioacchino Rossini’s music still lingers
on, offers 8 kms of wide sandy beaches and a quiet resort life together
with thriving commercial centers for good shopping and gorgeous fish meals
by the sea.
